2. Services Provided
Sinn provides:
•Check for the nearest dental clinic and doctors.
•Find offers for various clinics
•Appointment booking with clinics and doctors
•Connecting the customer to the doctor/clinic
Sinn does not replace emergency medical services. For urgent cases, contact your local health authority. Nor store any medical data on the application. Once app helps you only to connect to the nearest clinic or the specialist.
•No Payments are taken for now on the app.
•Payments are directly paid to the dental doctors / specialist
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
•Provide accurate and up-to-date information
•Not use the app for illegal or harmful activities
•Maintain the confidentiality of your login details
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
4. Consultations & Medical Advice
The advice given by dentists via Sinn is based on the information you provide. Sinn is not liable for any consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete user input.
5. Payment Terms
Some services may require payment. And these payments are made directly to the doctor / specialist. We are not responsible for third-party payment failures.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account in case of:
•Violation of terms
•Fraudulent or abusive behavior
•At our sole discretion with notice
7. Intellectual Property
All app content (logos, design, content) is owned by Sinn and protected by copyright laws. You may not reuse or reproduce our content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sinn is not liable for:
•Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
•Errors in information provided by third-party providers or users
Use of the app is at your own risk.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app indicates your acceptance of any changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
